Part 3/3: Don't Give Up on Your Dreams
By Ashley Huckabee
That morning marked the 1st time in my life that I decided to trust myself. I promised myself that I would do whatever it took to chase my dreams and improve my life for the betterment of my children. Although the journey was difficult, overcoming the challenges showed me that the dream in my heart had been placed there for a reason. The calling on my life was real, and I wasn’t naïve or foolish in my belief.
As soon as I began taking steps to make my vision a reality, everything changed for me. I cleaned up my past, set things right in my present, and began putting things in place to prepare for my future. I made a decision that I would no longer second-guess myself and I would go all in to achieve my lifelong desire of being of service to those around me.
What I’m saying is this: If you have something you want to achieve, something crying out so deeply that it feels like a part of your soul, listen to that call. Honor it, and as a result, you will be honoring not only yourself, but those around you. Your contribution, in whatever form it may take, is desperately needed by the world right now. No one else can fulfill the purpose within your heart because it was given to you and you alone. You are special, and you have considerably more talent and potential than you give yourself credit for. 💪💪🔥🔥
